- Corrections. Spotted an outdated rate, a broken link or a factual error? Tell us what and where β we fix confirmed issues quickly.
- Rights holders. If you represent BestChange or an exchanger and have a trademark or content concern, email us and we will respond promptly.
- Partnerships. Editorial partnership and advertising enquiries are welcome, subject to our independence policy.
- General questions. Confused about a step in a guide? Ask β your question may improve the guide for everyone.
We cannot help with exchanges
We do not process exchanges and have no access to any exchanger's or exchange's systems. If a transaction is stuck or an account is frozen, contact that service's support directly β they hold your funds and your transaction status, not us.
Security note
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, card CVV or SMS codes. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those is an impostor. Read more in our Terms of Use.
